Lamb: Loin Chops, Bestend Cutlets, Chump Chops, Minted Chops, Legs and Shoulders of Lamb(Whole and Half or Boned and Rolled), and Mince. Crown Roasts and Guards of Honour by order in advance.
Origin: United kingdom and New Zealand. Most of our Lamb is sourced from farms within the U.K. But from time to time we buy N.Z. Lamb this is mainly towards the end of the U.K. Lamb season.
