Origin: Our Scottish Beef comes from Mathers of Inverine, Scotland and is sold under the ‘Specially Selected Scotch Beef’ banner. Mathers supply beef of the highest quality, which has been born and reared only in Scotland. The beef has generally been hung for at least 3 weeks to ensure its tenderness and flavour. High welfare standards are also strictly adhered to.
Our Irish Beef comes from Harmony Farm in Cahir, Rep. of Ireland and is specially selected for us by Weddel Swift.
