When can my package be delivered?
We will deliver packages Nationwide on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. The order will be delivered on the specified day up until 4.00pm.
We ask you to leave your telephone number with your order to alleviate any problems during delivery and ensures your package arrives on time. We also ask you to give us details of where to leave the package safely if you are out, i.e. in the garage or with a neighbour. In addition, you will be able to track your package via our couriers website.
In addition, some of our London deliveries will continue to be made by our driver.
Can you send meat safely nationwide by Courier?
With the specialist packaging we use, we can send meat safely and keep it cold for over 24 hours, while in transit. Properly packed boxes with ice sheets will keep your meat below eight degrees while it's on its way to you. Our packaging is designed to control the temperature of your meats, the foam inserts ensure that the boxes are not damaged on the way and ensure that there is no leakage of the ice sheets.
How Much Are Delivery Costs?
We make a charge to cover the cost of packing and delivery.
Our charges are £7.99 up to 12Kg net weight and this will be added to the cost of your order.
For orders over 12kg, an additional small charge may be applicable.
PLEASE NOTE: At the present time we can deliver to the UK mainland. A surcharge will apply for Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands. Please contact us for further details
